Sales Policy All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase. Liability Waiver By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for claims, damages, or losses, including injury or damage to personal belongings, incurred during the event. Participation in the event does not transfer responsibility, liability, or control to the promoter. Fireworks Policy Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route. If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. Entry and Exit Policy Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds. Photography Policy Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and advertisements. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event photographer during the event. Marketing Policy Images used in marketing materials are for promotional purposes only and may not accurately represent the venue. Indemnification By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees and legal actions. Severability If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
